Both the Junior and Senior High youth groups are going to have a three week series called "Godly Relationships." The series is scheduled to start the week of January 29th and 30th and will go for three weeks.
The boys and girls will be split up during this series. The girls (Junior and Senior High) will meet on Thursdays at our normal place from 6:30 to 8:30pm. The boys (Junior and Senior High) will meet on Friday night at our normal place from 7:00 to 9:00pm. We will resume our normal schedule the week of February 19th and 20th.
We will be watching DVD's featuring Joshua Harris. Each night he will focus on a different aspect of relationships (Love, Purity/Holiness, and Trust). The focus of the series and DVD's is not whether you should date or not, but rather, it is an encouragement to love others sacrificially, to desire holiness (get as close as you can), and to trust the Lord in every aspect of your life.
